IP has been blocked from accessing website

If your IP has been blocked from accessing a website, it usually means that the website’s security system has identified your IP address as potentially malicious or disruptive. This block could be the result of several reasons, including repeated failed login attempts, suspicious activity, or a security policy violation. Here are some general steps to address the issue:

1. Check for Specific Error Messages:

  • When trying to access the website, check if there’s a specific error message indicating the reason for the block. This message can provide insights into why the block occurred.

2. Contact Website Support:

  • Reach out to the website’s support or contact the website administrator. You can usually find contact information on the website itself. Explain the situation and provide any relevant details.

3. Use a Different Network:

  • If possible, try accessing the website from a different network or location. If the block is specific to your current IP address, using a different one might allow you to access the website.

4. Check Your IP Address:

  • Confirm that your IP address hasn’t been mistakenly blacklisted. You can check your IP address using online tools. If it appears on public blacklists, you might need to contact the blacklist administrator to address the issue.

5. Clear Browser Cookies and Cache:

  • Sometimes, website access issues can be related to cookies or cached data. Try clearing your browser cookies and cache before attempting to access the website again.

6. Use a VPN:

  • If changing your IP address is not feasible, consider using a Virtual Private Network (VPN). A VPN can mask your IP address and allow you to access the website through a different IP.

7. Check for Account Issues:

  • If the block is related to a specific account, ensure that your account credentials are correct. If you have an account on the website, attempt to reset your password if necessary.

8. Review Security Measures:

  • If you’re the website administrator, review your security measures and logs to identify the reason for the block. Adjust security settings if needed.

9. Wait for Automatic Unblock:

  • Some websites have automatic unblocking mechanisms that release IP blocks after a certain period of time. If this is the case, waiting for a while may resolve the issue.

10. Scan for Malware:

  • Ensure that your device is not infected with malware. Run a thorough antivirus and anti-malware scan to detect and remove any malicious software.

Remember that these steps are general recommendations, and the specific actions you take may depend on the nature of the website and its security measures. If you are unable to resolve the issue on your own, contacting the website’s support or administrator is usually the best course of action.

If you’re unable to access the website, you can try using alternative domains such as http://www.megaproxy.com/freesurf/ or http://www.proxify.com/, as they are less likely to be blocked. Alternatively, attempt accessing the website from a different computer not on the same internet connection. Another option is to reset your cable or DSL modem to obtain a new IP address.

If your IP is blocked, please contact support at support@hzmfr.com Provide the blocked IP address, which you can find at the bottom of this page, from the affected computer. Additionally, we may need the complete results of a trace to the server to identify where the block is occurring. For cPanel servers, trace to your domain or server name.

When blocked, users will encounter an error message on the screen, indicating the blocked IP address with the following message:

“Sorry, but your connection to this server has been blocked by our server’s firewall due to repeated failed login attempts or other security violations. If you are the owner of this site, please contact your web host for assistance.

Please provide your blocked IP address, which is XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX.

This server’s hostname is nvme.soomroserver.com (or another hostname may appear).”

In such cases, users should contact support at support@hzmfr.com or use the Help Desk to share this information. This allows us to investigate the issues and unblock the IP if deemed appropriate.

The tool below displays your current IP and relevant details, including your ISP provider, which can be valuable information in case you are experiencing email problems.
